About Me

Welcome, I’m Jasmine (she/her).

I spent 25 years leading people at some of Australia's most iconic brands - Swisse Wellness, T2 Tea, and Mecca. My senior leadership roles spanned both Retail Sales and Operations and People & Culture. Being part of executive teams gave me the strategic capability to navigate the complexity that comes with fast growth and constantly changing environments.

Central to all my corporate roles has been my deep curiosity and love for the people. My psychology degree had always run beneath the surface of my work, shaping how I listened, how I led, and how I understood professional relationship dynamics. Five years ago I deepened this foundation with a Masters in Counselling.

Light Despite grew from there, as a place where you can talk about your CV and your self-worth in the same session - and become someone more like yourself in the process.

I believe that you can't have the outer life you want without doing the inner work.

I'm based in the inner north in Naarm. I love books and vintage shopping. I see astrology - Virgo sun, Leo rising and Libra moon - as a serious self-awareness tool and a way to access hope and create momentum. As I age I am committed to remaining curious and open, and am enjoying deepening my self-knowledge and expanding my world view.

I'm also a mother, and I know what it is to have a career, a family and an identity and still wonder who you actually are. None of it exists in isolation —we are complex and multilayered which is why I take a pragmatic yet holistic approach.
